Here is a list of the tactics Corporate America uses to entrap employees, particularly Black employees into losing their jobs by using their nature and consequences against them.
Also, on this page, I will show you - step-by-step- on how to stay 3 paces ahead of your bosses or the governing body of your workplace to keep you from being unlawfully terminated or to sure your employer.
This information will be very vital for you to be STRONG, BRAVE, and CONFIDENT enough to utilize your SICK, PERSONAL or VACATION DAYS to participate in SILENT DOLLARS without getting retribution from your employer.
First;
Getting you fired.
Corporate America ( mostly conservative companies) are very devious in getting people (particularly black People) fired by creating situations in which a person will get mad enough to get themselves fired. Corporate America knows the average African American can be very animate and vocal when angered. They use this as a convenient excuse to fire you. They will crate a situation whereas- they will give you more work than you can handle, do PETTY LITTLE THINGS to get under your NERVES so that you will snap. Many companies use employees (PAWNS) to get under the skin of other employees to make them mad enough to snap at them to get fired.
The most common tactics companies use.
1. Fabricating Biased Performance Reviews;
Yearly review time is one of the most popular ways employers create an excuse to fire employees, especially the strong & non-suck-up / uncle tom Blacks.
Managers, or supervisors make an unfair or bias review, usually noting that the employee performance is not up to par. These biased reviews state all fallacies, mistakes and lack of performance’s by said employee, which in most cases is untrue, but can be hidden by usage of words that many employees do not understand. They usually give the employee from one month to 60 days improve their performance, then, the employee is given another review and if their performance has not improved by then, the company will fire the employee.
Always keep track of all work you do, including times and locations for reference & proof.
2. Creating Hostile Work Environment;
Companies use fellow employees to get under targeted employees skin by causing unfair working conditions mostly by assigning them multiple tasks that they know targeted employee cannot accomplish in the determined time y the employee. These fellow employee’s are mostly supervisor’s & manager’s, but sometimes they can use common co-workers that have social problems to create hostile work environment’s if they give that person supervising or training status over a targeted employee.
Here is a prime example….
I worked at a company where I had a co-worker that was given managerial responsibilities in a Files department, for which this person was responsible for supervising / training me, despite the fact that we had an official overseer supervisor in that department, whom by the way, did not supervise me at all. This person (the PAWN or MULE Chosen) did not get along with any of her co-workers and she quickly gained the reputation of being a inferior person to work with based on how she treated and addressed her co-workers. In short she was know around he company as a TOTAL BITCH. The fact that this person had this very bad reputation and that many co-workers have filed complaints against her and she was never moved to another department or fired entirely, proves that she was chosen as a PAWN & MULE to filter out Black males that sought higher wages by moving up the in company from the mail room department (the lowest wage paying position in the Co.)
Each and every person that worked in this file department before me had either quit or got fired for having disputes with this deputized supervisor. When they gave me my bogus review, I had noted in the review that I was never supervised by my department’s supervisor which made my review biased and unfair.
If this happens to you, immediately file a claim of a BIAS review to the Personnel / Human Resources department in your company and state all job performances including performances not required in your job descriptions.
Also have co-workers sign a written statement that you performed your duties in a timely and professional matter.
